Natural gas fired 0-1000 deg C. Suitable for neutral hardening, caburising and nitro-carburising under endothermic gas control.

Heat Chamber LWH: 890x450x400mm.

Complete with PLC to monitor and control furnace cycle with a Novatec oxy-probe gas control system. Includes; Railed load/unload trolley system, Pre-heating furnace (600 deg C), 2 Lindburg air-circulating 3 phase tempering ovens (1x 1250 deg C, 1x 700 deg C).

Can also be bundled with gyratory immersion cleaning station for caustic removal of excess oil prior to heat-treatment and after oil quench. Unit encompasses two tanks, both wash and rinse.
